We offer infrared sauna treatments. Infrared sauna is a type of sauna that is equipped with infrared heaters that are designed to detoxify and heal the body, boost mood, and so much more.
We use the world’s FIRST and ONLY 3-in-1 full spectrum infrared sauna that includes chromotherapy and sound therapy.
personal training & EMS
We offer private training,
semi-private training, and online training.
Sculpt & Sweat also offers a unique experience to personal training. Our EMS (Electro-muscular stimulation) smart suit is a full-body suit with electrodes on all the major muscle groups. It combines active plus passive muscle contractures contributing up to 4 times more energy output during a workout. Different EMS programs include endurance, strength, fat burning, anti-cellulite, and massage.
Nutrition
We offer nutritional assessments along with custom nutrition programs that include meal plans, recipes, food sensitivity testing, and more.
Each nutrition program is completely tailored to your specific needs. We believe in creating a lifestyle change that is sustainable and not just a fad diet.
